We accept orders by using our website at www.time4outdoors.com and by cheque posted to our current trading address.
No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.
By using this website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online with us or by post to Nationwide Support Services Limited t/a Time 4 Outdoors. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. None of these terms and conditions will affect your statutory rights.
Any reference to "us", "we" or "the company" will refer to Nationwide Support Services Limited t/a Time 4 Outdoors. All references to the customer shall mean the person or persons purchasing or agreeing to purchase goods from the company.
All prices are shown in pound sterling(£) and include VAT where applicable. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Time 4 Outdoors gift vouchers can be redeemed online at www.time4outdoors.com. Please note our vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or gift vouchers. No change is given.
Gift vouchers will expire on the date displayed on the gift voucher. If a gift voucher is presented after the expiry date it will be classed as void and is non-refundable.
Discount or promotional goods are unable to be purchased using gift vouchers.
Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or refunded, except in accordance with your legal rights. They should be treated as cash, as Time 4 Outdoors is unable to replace a gift voucher if lost or stolen. Cotswold reserves the right to refuse to accept a Gift Voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected from fraud. We reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions without notice and to take appropriate action including cancellation of the voucher if deemed necessary.
Distance Selling Regulations
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you may cancel your order within 7 working days following the day after the date of delivery for any unused item. This does not apply to perishable goods or personalised items.
To cancel an item you can complete the returns form provided or email or write to us quoting your customer number and order number. Goods must be returned to us within 7 days of your notice to cancel. All goods are returned at your own expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect, where we will refund the cost on receipt of the goods.
If you require for us to collect the goods we will deduct any costs from the refund given.
Providing the goods are received back with us in an unused condition and in their original packaging you will receive a refund within 30 days.
Products and colours
The products sold are sold singly unless stated. We take every care to provide the correct images and descriptions and the colour is shown accurately, however we are not liable for your interpretation of the colour due to your understanding of that colour or your computer settings. Slight colour variations may happen due to technical implications.
We will endeavour to deal with your complaint within 7 days of receipt. Any complaint should be made to our Customer Services team.
